Terms and Conditions 1ee — Platform Terms of Use

By accessing, registering or using any part of the 1ee platform — whether through the website, mobile app or any other provided channel — you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These terms apply to all users of the 1ee platform without exception, including guests without an account, registered members, and VIP members. Continued use of the platform following any update to the terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

1ee reserves the right to change, add or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The latest version will always be available on this page.

Use of the 1ee platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and while using the platform.
• Not a resident or citizen of any region or country that strictly prohibits online gambling.
• Not appearing on the self-exclusion list of any recognised gambling regulatory body.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

1ee reserves the right to request age verification at any time. If verification cannot be provided within the specified period, the account will be suspended until the process is complete. Players who provide false age information will have their accounts terminated and all balances may be forfeited.

Each user is only permitted to hold one account only on the 1ee platform. Holding multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under another person's name, or using different information — is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all accounts involved and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including:

• Exact date of birth for age verification purposes.
• An active email address that is personally owned by you.
• Mobile phone number registered in your name.

The KYC (Know Your Customer) process is mandatory for all members before the first withdrawal can be processed. Deposit: All deposits are processed instantly upon payment confirmation. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction. No additional fees are charged by 1ee for deposit transactions.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 60 minutes on business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as your 1ee account.

• Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request is processed.
• 1ee reserves the right to suspend withdrawals while a security investigation or identity verification is being conducted.
• Any withdrawal attempt suspected of involving money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• No withdrawal fees are charged for local Malaysian bank transfer methods.

1ee offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, daily cashback and a VIP loyalty program. Each bonus is subject to different wagering requirements depending on the type of promotion.

• The welcome bonus is subject to the minimum wagering requirements stated in the respective promotion terms.
• Bonuses can only be used within the platform and cannot be transferred to other users.
• Any withdrawal requested before wagering requirements are met will result in the cancellation of the associated bonus and wins.
• 1ee reserves the right to withdraw, modify or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Each player is entitled to receive one welcome bonus for the lifetime of their account.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to claim repeated bonuses — will result in account termination and forfeiture of all wins.

All games on the 1ee platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been audited and certified by independent third-party bodies, ensuring every game outcome is completely random and fair to all players.

• Game results that have been determined and confirmed by the system are final and cannot be disputed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, 1ee will endeavour to restore the game to its original state. If restoration is not possible, the affected bets will be returned to the player.
• Any outcome resulting from a technical error, software fault, or system failure is void and invalid.
• Players are prohibited from using any third-party software, automated bots, or unauthorised methods to influence game outcomes.

Players are responsible for using the 1ee platform in a lawful, ethical manner that does not harm others. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Using false information, another person's identity, or forged documents during registration or verification.
• Opening multiple accounts in your own name or on behalf of others to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or using illegally obtained funds to make deposits.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs in games to obtain illegitimate wins.
• Illegally colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using any form of fraud, threats, or harassment against staff or other players.
• Selling, transferring, or trading your 1ee account to another party.

1ee reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of activity that violates these terms and may suspend the account during the investigation without prior notice.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details, including your username and password. 1ee will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel.

• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols — and change it regularly.
• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account after each gaming session, especially when using a shared device.
• Notify 1ee customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

1ee will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a player's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials. However, we have an abnormal activity detection system that will block suspicious logins and notify you.

You may close your 1ee account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, please ensure all pending withdrawals have been processed and there are no outstanding bonus balances.

1ee reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the player is under 18 years of age.
• Activity suspected of involving fraud, money laundering or collusion.
• Requests from law enforcement authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months with no transactions.

In the event of termination due to a breach of terms, 1ee reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses and wins in the account. Termination decisions made by 1ee are final.

The 1ee platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we make every effort to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from technical errors, outages, or failures at all times.

• 1ee is not responsible for any indirect losses, financial losses or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• 1ee's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player within the 30 days preceding the liability claim.
• 1ee is not responsible for any losses resulting from internet connection failures, user device failures or third-party disruptions beyond our control.
